I love discovering adventure and watching others achieve impossible dreams!

I started out as a elementary teacher, earned a masters, and while I loved it, it wasn’t a fit. I kept thinking I should be happy, content, knowing I was making a difference. But I couldn’t stop wondering…

“Is this all there is???”

I found my answer in a place not a lot of people might expect : in running!

As a coach, I build up my athletes to prevent injury, building confidence while balance training with life’s busy demands. For the ladies I’ve worked with, it really lights a fire inside. It gives them more energy, better sleep, and faster recovery.

I’ve logged over 1,200 stretching hours as a personal trainer. In that time, I’ve had the privilege to work with marathoners, master athletes, paraplegic athletes, distance runners, hockey players, pregnant women, new moms, gym enthusiasts, cyclists, and crossfit warriors.
