What Is PNF Stretching?

PNF Stretching is a type of deep stretching that utilizes the contraction and stretching of muscles to allow you to go deeper into a stretch than you can’t normally do on your own.

Unlike static stretching or massage, PNF Stretching provides long term relief by correcting muscles imbalances, the source of pain and discomfort, while providing the same feeling of relief as a massage.

This technique utilizes muscle activation to increase circulation and promote tissue restoration during a full body stretch that targets all major muscle groups in your body to improve your mobility and loosen tight muscles, enabling you to make greater gains in your fitness.
